An intermediate course covering how to make and serve fresh filled pasta such as ravioli and Tortellini using a variety of simple but tasty fillings. Sam Rouse (from The Cork & Fork Supper Club) guides you through the process. All ingredients will be provided (you will need to bring some basic utensils).
