Loading Events

An intermediate course covering how to make and serve fresh filled pasta  such as ravioli and Tortellini using  a variety of simple but tasty fillings.  Sam Rouse (from The Cork & Fork Supper Club) guides you through the process. All ingredients will be provided (you will need to bring some basic utensils). Suitable for age 16+ Please note: due to the nature of the food being prepared, this workshop may not be suitable for everyone. If you have a specific intolerance please contact us in advance of booking.
