Come and learn how to make delicious fresh pasta in a variety of forms. Sam Rouse (from The Cork & Fork Supper Club) guides you through the basics of making dough to making different types of pasta including, pappardelle & tagliatelle. Try making simple home-made pesto or a roasted tomato and garlic sauce to eat with your fresh pasta.
