The ‘Animating Leicestershire Towns’ project is coming to Market Harborough in February, offering free creative art activities. Supported by Creative Leicestershire and Arts Council England, this initiative, led by renowned artist Danielle Vaughan, focuses on sustainability. The event, titled “Building a Greener Future Together,” encourages participants to use waste newspapers and magazines to create art and repurpose old cardboard into building blocks. The main event is at Market Harborough Indoor Market, with pop-up sessions at the Library, St Dionysius Church, and The Eco Village during the half-term holidays (February 20-24, 2024).
